Explore India to stay open for Spring Term

Have a craving for butter chicken or a couple of cosmopolitan samosas? We are thrilled to announce that TASTE—our flexible kitchen concept serving up local, tasty vendors—will remain open until the end of June and will continue to feature Explore India.

The Explore India menu offers a combination of authentic and Indian-inspired dishes for diehard spicy curry fans, as well as those who prefer something more mild.

“Since Explore India joined our team in January, students, staff and faculty have been loving the amazing flavours,” says Susan Cooper, Senior Manager, Hospitality Services. “Food Services is thrilled to be able to increase the variety of choices on campus for the Spring Term with their continued presence here.”

In addition to the classics you love (like chicken Biryani), Explore India owners Manmeet and Janaya Singh will be serving new delicious dishes, crafted exclusively for the MacEwan community.

So this summer, whether you’re working, studying, or staying at MacEwan Residence, head to Building 6 for a taste of India, right here on campus. Explore India’s hours of business will be Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

For more info, visit MacEwan Eats online or connect with us on social media @MacEwanEats for the latest updates on the many food options on campus.
