New food cart rolling into Allard Hall

Our team knows a hungry stomach waits for no one. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our new food cart in Allard Hall—open from Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

The cart, which is now open for business in the southeast corner of the atrium , will be stocked with drinks, treats and eats including bottled pop, coffee and tea, sandwiches, veggie cups and sushi. It’s the perfect solution for those with only minutes to spare between classes or meetings.

“Our team knows the importance of having quick and easy access to a snack or beverage,” says senior manager of Hospitality Services Susan Cooper. “We’re very excited to add this new offering on campus.”

This cart has been custom-designed just for Allard Hall and we want to do it right. It needs a name - something short and snappy, fun or pun-ny and maybe food related. That’s where you come in.

Help us name our cart, and you could win a $100 campus dining card! There are two ways to enter:

  1. Visit MacEwanEats.ca/NameOurCart

  2. Visit the food cart in Allard Hall and fill out a ballot

You have until February 15 to get your entries in. After that, our panel will sort through and pick the name we think best suits our cart. We can’t wait to see all your creative ideas!

View our food cart’s full menu in-person or at MacEwanEats.ca/Hungry.
